All prices per person. Exact pricing depends on group size, duration, and season — we send a full itemised quote within 24 hours. Not included: Mentawai surf tax (~AUD $200 pp at port), alcohol, travel insurance (mandatory), international flights.
Perfect. The flat rate applies — AUD $9,500 per person for 10 nights peak Flex. More space per person, same total exclusivity. It's actually incredibly luxurious with 4.
The hard limit is 11 — fire code, comfort, and boat capacity. If you need 12, book 11 on Buyout and the 12th takes the Private Sanctuary separately. We'll coordinate so you're all surfing together.
Unprecedented in peak season. If it happens: 24-month credit or equivalent alternative dates. We've never had to invoke this guarantee.
Temporary signage, flags, and banners are included. Dedicated filming days are included. Permanent changes require an additional agreement. Many corporate groups and content creators have used the Buyout for exactly this.
If the forecast shows a swell hitting 5 days later than planned, we delay your Padang arrival and put the whole group up at our cost — hotel and meals. You arrive at perfect timing. Up to 5 days included with Flex.
Find a replacement (we'll help connect you with the waitlist), or absorb the cost as a group. No refunds for individual dropouts — the camp rate is fixed regardless of group size changes after booking.
