Complex requests (large groups, unusual configurations) may take up to 48 hours.
No deposit = no reservation. The 50% deposit locks your room (Flex: for the full calendar month. Fixed: for your exact dates).
Remaining 50% is due 7 days before your confirmed arrival date.
AUD, USD, or EUR. Details provided in your quote.
Preferred method. Fast, low fees, any currency.

Once your deposit is paid, we start watching. Here's the Flex timeline:

One room per category per month. When it's gone, it's gone.
Peak months sell fastest, especially July. If you're targeting peak season, enquire as soon as your dates are clear. We recommend confirming by March for June–August.
Shoulder season has more availability. Still only one room per category though — don't leave it to the last week. 4–6 weeks in advance is comfortable for most months.
Buyouts block the entire camp for a month. We can only take 4–6 per season. Peak months often book out before the season even starts. Enquire early.
Yes, before the 14-day confirmation point. The adjusted rate applies and you receive a refund of the difference. After the 14-day mark, your dates are confirmed and no changes are possible.
Yes — pay the 30% difference, subject to month availability. The earlier you do this the better, as the month may already have other Flex bookings being coordinated.
You take it as it comes. No shifts, no refunds. That's the trade for 30% off. Purchase travel insurance for cancellation coverage — it's mandatory regardless.
Not available. Fixed means locked. Book Flex if extending might matter to you — the 30% premium buys you that flexibility.
No. It's a per-room decision — the whole room is either Flex or Fixed. For Full Camp Buyout, the whole buyout is either Flex or Fixed.
Flex: the ±10 day window absorbs most disruptions. Contact us immediately and we'll coordinate. Fixed: travel insurance is your protection — this is why it's mandatory.
All payments are non-refundable. The Flex system is your protection against flat conditions. For all other circumstances — flight issues, injury, illness — travel insurance is mandatory and covers you.
The structure is 50% deposit to lock the booking, 50% balance 7 days before arrival. For Full Camp Buyout, we can split the deposit across group members with individual invoices.
